SUCCESS! Senate Passes Amendment Focusing on Secondary Schools Improvement.
Last week the Senate agreed to an amendment to the Congressional budget resolution by Senators Mark Pryor (D-AR) and Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA) that would create a reserve fund to improve middle and high schools and help prevent dropouts. It passed unanimously.
